If you’re eligible for Flight Swap, you’ll receive an email.

Choose the option that fits your plans — cancel your flight, or switch to one of the available flight options.

We’ll send a confirmation email and add your Travel Bank credit bonus to your WestJet Rewards account.

Cancel for a Travel Bank credit bonus

Cancel your flight and receive the full value of your ticket — returned as Travel Bank credit, or as WestJet points if you paid with points — plus additional Travel Bank credits as a thank-you for your flexibility.

Change for a Travel Bank credit bonus

Switch to one of the available flight options and receive additional Travel Bank credits to use on a future trip. Once confirmed, your itinerary updates right away and we’ll email your new flight details.
